Shipping

Standard Shipping can take 3-5 working days to arrive. All orders are sent recorded delivery and every order has a tracking number!

Express Shipping orders are sent out on a next day delivery basis but please note that on some occasions it can take 1-2 working days. Express Shipping orders placed before 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

International shipping

We do not currently offer International Shipping but we hope to be able to provide this service soon!

Returns

Return Policy

For hygiene purposes we do not offer returns or exchanges on ANY of our products unless the product is faulty/damaged on arrival. In this case, we expect the product to be unopened and unused and in its original protective film. We also require evidence in the form of images/videos, of the faulty/damaged product to process the refund or exchange. Any charges involved with the return of the product will be covered by us, we only ask of you to place the product back into a postal box and attach the return label that would be emailed to you!

Please note: without any evidence of the product being faulty or damaged on arrival, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Please note: If the product has been taken out of its protective casing or has been used, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order within the first hour after your order was placed. Simply fill in our contact form with your order number and request the cancellation. Any cancellation requests after the one hour time period is at the discretion of VanityFemme.
